Returns and Refunds
We want to make your return process as smooth as possible! Please keep these guidelines in mind:
- 30-Day Window: Please make sure to send your items back within 30 days of your purchase date.
- Special Orders: Custom or special-order items can’t be returned unless we made a mistake with your order.
- Refund Days: We process all refunds during the week, from Monday to Friday.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping and delivery charges cannot be refunded.
- Ordering Errors: If the customer accidentally order the wrong part, a 15% restocking fee will apply to the return.
- Packaging: To get a full refund, please return items in their original, undamaged packaging so they are ready for resale.
